Services are rendered to clients only through each respective responsible entity. Each entity is distinct and contains a separate member composition. The provision of services with one of the McCuskey entities is rendered only via the contracted entity, which is responsible for the provision of services and is the only entity with potential risk, liability, or performance that may arise in connection with such services.
